So proud of our Sous Chef Cherrie Wilson who has won the Arthur E Denison Trophy through the National Baking Industry! She’ll be off to Paris in 2017 to be in patisserie heaven on earth! Smooth Festival of Chocolate 2016

Head Chef and owner Francesco Gulisano was on stage in the Callebaut Kitchen at the Smooth Festival of Chocolate this year demonstrating an indulgent little creation. A caramel choux with elderflower, chocolate coating, salted caramel custard and topped with a beautiful edible flower! So much love from the audience as they munched down their treat and took note of the technical tips in pastry!
