Dolcettini Patisserie is the result of a humble and passionate pastry chef who’s persistent dedication ensures quality product consistently!

Dolcettini is a true destination whereby the service & ultimately the product, will truly leave a mark on your map!

Our range of artisan fresh baked breads and pastries are available daily at our stores.

Hand Crafted & Baked fresh every morning!

Our pastry techniques and attention to detail is second to none. Our croissant dough is a 72 hour process and proudly artisan.

Our mother sourdough is fed and cared for like a newborn and the results are in the dough. Our range of sourdough bread is second to none and avaiable daily.

We pride ourselves not only on the amazing product output, but also the input! Some of our quality suppliers include Callebaut & Cocoa Barry Belgian Chocolate, Heilala Vanilla Beans, Natural Raw Fruits & Australian Nut products.

Australian extra virgin olive oil & sustainable wholegrain flour goes into all our dough.

We appreciate quality and know you will too after trying Dolcettini.

From 2010 to date, Francesco has been awarded over 50 medals by the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show including 3 champion titles!
