All personal information gathered is kept secure and required solely to process your order requirements. Your information is shared only within Dolcettini and not passed onto anyone outside of the business.

This information is discarded securely after pick-up of your order.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders and specialty cakes require 3 full working days notice to fulfil production schedules. Please be mindful that customised specialty orders may require more notice and should be placed directly with staff over the phone or in-store.

A 100% deposit is required upon placing orders; 50% of which is non-refundable should you need to cancel your order 36 hours prior to the requested pick-up time.

Order cancellations of customised cakes or speciality made products within 48 hours of pick-up will not be refunded as production specifically for your order will have already begun.

Should Dolcettini be unable to fulfil your order, we will be in contact with you at the earliest time possible to arrange an alternative item or full refund.

Dolcettini will endeavour to meet all written requests for customised and speciality orders; however all final orders produced are finished to chefs discretion, which is acknowledged at the time the order is placed.

Pick-Up Terms

Orders are pick-up only within our store opening hours. Dolcettini holds no responsibility for any damage to products that may be the result of transit, customer handling or negligence as of the time the goods are exchanged over the counter.

Payment Terms

All purchases made through our Website are processed via PayPal and prices shown are in AUD inclusive of GST. You may visit for their privacy policy and T&C’s.

Payments made over the phone are processed through MOTO and it is implied that you give consent to Dolcettini to process a transaction using your credit card upon providing us with your credit card details.
