Our range of artisan baked breads and pastries are available daily at Dural Patisserie and Castle Towers Kiosk unless sold out. We have a beautiful range of Italian and French inspired goods all with a creative Dolcettini spin. Our artisan bread is made with Dolcettini’s Mother Sourdough and is all natural!
Our flakey buttery pastries are all baked fresh every morning and are made to a high standard.
Our pastry techniques and attention to detail is second to none. Our croissant dough is a 72 hour process and proudly artisan.
We pride ourselves not only on the amazing product output, but also the input! Some of our quality suppliers include Callebaut & Cocoa Barry Belgian Chocolate, Heilala Vanilla Beans, Natural Raw Fruits & Australian Nut products. Our cafe menu uses local produce from Hawkesbury farmers with reputable local suppliers such as Cooks Co-Op & Two Providores.
Owner and Head Chef Francesco Gulisano is not new to hard work and early hours. He was the typical Italian Dural boy growing up on a flower farm picking and bunching flowers at all hours of the day and night ready for the early morning markets.
To add to his plate helping in the family business, he and his brothers worked in a local restaurant as dishwashers and kitchen hands for a little extra cash. He very much enjoyed the hospitality scene. This is where Francesco’s baking passion began…
From 2010 to date, Francesco has been awarded over 50 medals by the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show including 3 champion titles!

Our Dural Bakehouse houses our industrial kitchen where the baking aroma lingers 24/7. Our front of house store and cafe is the perfect hideaway for a good coffee and sweet fix. We would love to serve you at our Dural cafe and look forward to enticing you with our desserts.

We have our full beautiful range of Italian and French inspired goods all with a creative Dolcettini spin. We serve fresh barista made coffee and advance cake orders are also welcome.
We would love to make a statement piece for your next bespoke event. We can customise and create cake flavours and designs to your liking using the best available ingredients and suppliers. Our chocolate is the best in the world, our grain is Australian grown and sourced and the fresh florals that we decorate with are direct from local Dural family growers. We love quality and settle for nothing less!
