We are so proud of our Baker & Pastry Chef, Cherie Wilson, who researched and completed a paper based on the baking industry’s products and practices. Her findings were judged by independents for the opportunity to win a trip to Europe for Europain.
Coming in as a finalist she had the opportunity to participate in the ASB Industry Tour and attended the Awards Dinner in Queensland. She came out with a wonderful experience and trophy.
